Be unique, Be bold, Be...at the 1st Sausalito Wine Experience!

The First Annual Sausalito Wine Experience is a premier wine tasting event staged by a group of savvy wine connoisseurs in Marin County. The Sunday afternoon, soiree, October 15, 2-5 PM, will be held in the elegant Alexandrite Suite in The Mansion at Casa Madrona Hotel & Spa. The Alexandrite Suite is a luxurious residence featuring 5,000 square feet of newly designed guest quarters all impeccably appointed with spectacular panoramic bay views.
Bill & Will Harlan, Honorary Chairs, are being joined by other luminaries in the California food and wine world including Larry and Michael Mindel (Poggio Trattoria & Copita) who are co-sponsoring the event with Casa Madrona. The winetasting event will feature 13 extraordinary wineries, including Bill and Will Harlan’s Promontory Winery which will be introducing their new releases.

A pre-event, champagne and caviar tasting will be offered in JUNTO, a 1,700 square- foot meeting space at the entrance of the historic Mansion which also offers sweeping bay views. In addition to these special tastings, event sponsors will enjoy VIP, private pourings in the elegant Mansion Suites.
Copita, Poggio Trattoria, Sushi Ran, Seafood Peddler, and Trident restaurants will be providing savory palette-cleansing small bites throughout the afternoon.
Tickets for the First Sausalito Wine Experience are $195 per person or $250 per person with the pre-event Champagne & Caviar pairing sponsored by California Caviar Company. Only a limited number of tickets can be sold so the event is expected to sell-out.
All proceeds from the 1st Sausalito Wine Experience event will benefit the non-profit Sausalito Sister Cities Inc, organization and its three educational and cultural exchange programs with Vina del Mar, Chile; Sakaide, Japan; and Cascais, Portugal.
